The weekly Omakase sharing experience boasts some of the finest cuts of the week available in a traditional sashimi style. More generous than ever before we are upping the ante in the hope of trying to convince more of you to eat raw, delicious locally sourced seafood. The weekly offerings may include product from Dry aged, locally farmed & not to forget, fresh off the quay side export grade locally caught fish. Species we use are based on seasonal availability so you can always expect the best of what is locally available at that time.
