Shipping rates

We offer competitive delivery rates, with FREE delivery for orders of R1000 or higher.

Orders under R1000 are charged a flat-fee delivery rate of R50.

Pick up in store is FREE.

We only offer delivery to the following areas:

Western Cape: Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, West Coast, Northern Suburbs and Stellenbosch.

*Checkout will only be possible if shipping locations are based in the Western Cape in the above areas.

How long will take my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver the orders in the quickest possible time.

Most of our deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours. However, things do happen that are outside of our control, so please always allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your delivery to reach you.

Delivery times

Monday – Friday: 08h30 – 17h00

Weekend & public holidays: No delivery unless otherwise advised.

Late deliveries

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the our Delivery Policy. Should you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery times, items either need to be:

  • not accepted and returned with the courier / transporter upon delivery; or
  • if already received, returned to Cape Fish in their original state.
All order cancellations must be done via the Cape Fish customer services team by calling +27 73 579 9475 or emailing kurt@capefish.co.za. We will then refund you as per our refund policy.

Stock Shortages

Temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Cape Fish will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.

Discontinued / Permanently unavailable we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Cape Fish will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.
